What I Made for Dinner: April 10, 2010

Chicken and artichokes with quinoa salad.

Quinoa is fun to say. Keeeen-waaah, keeeen-waaah, keeeeen-waaaaaaaaah. It's also very tasty when combined with olive oil, lemon juice, dill, and diced cucumber. Keeeeen-waaah.
