What I Made for Dinner: March 15, 2010

Chicken and white bean chili.

Over the past week there has been cooking at my house, some of it pretty good but most of it nondescript.  Most notably, on Friday Chuck made steak Diane and mashed potatoes, and it was really good, but Lordy what a mess in the kitchen. There has, in short, been nothing much to write about.

Anyway, back up in the saddle tonight.  This scrumptious chili followed just a great day with the kids.  We went out for books and ice cream to celebrate the first day of Spring Break

and Oh My there was happiness and sunshine and laughing and climbing around and no fighting and only one minor step-in-dog-doo.  A good day.  Good chili.  Hmm.
