What I Made for Dinner: January 18, 2009

Lemon-mint risotto with asparagus and yellow pepper puree. I got the recipe from a Martha Stewart Living magazine I have saved since February 1995.

(I have had this magazine longer than I have known my husband. This magazine has moved with me five times. It has some really great risotto recipes in it, plus an interesting feature on antique lustreware.)
