What I Made for Dinner: January 19, 2009

Lamb shanks with white beans. The recipe came from the December Gourmet Magazine my mom gave me. It came out pretty good. Alex ate a ton of lamb. Served it with a mixed green salad and a surprisingly good whole-grain baguette we found at Wal-Mart.

I almost never shop at Wal-Mart, but when I do I find good things there. I think I should go there more often, and then I think better of it.
