What I Made for Dinner: January 18, 2010

Cream of asparagus soup.

Interestingly, I made this same soup almost exactly one year ago.  It's still good!


  1. Doesn't that simple sauce on Smitten Kitchen's website look good? I want to try it.

  2. I've made it! It's really a classic; I have an oldish Williams-Sonoma cookbook that includes the same recipe for use with fresh summer tomatoes. It is delicious with either fresh or canned.
