What I Made for Dinner: July 27, 2010

Crock pot French dip sandwiches and tomatoes stuffed with hazelnut breadcrumbs.

Summer swelters on and I continue to seek dinner recipes that won't heat the house too much when I prepare them.  Thank God for the crock pot because we can be at the pool while it cooks.  Just can't bring myself to serve cold cereal for dinner, as someone suggested in the comments.  Not that there's anything wrong with it.
